I had a great stay at Serennia! The room felt so cozy, especially the comfy bed and the shower had awesome pressure. Plus, the staff were super helpful with my early check-in. Just a bummer there was no view from my window.

Staying at Serennia was mostly enjoyable. The room felt spacious, clean, and equipped with a mini fridge, which was useful. I appreciated the ironing board and the shower pressure was fantastic. On top of that, the quick wifi made it easy to catch up on work while I was there. The friendly staff were approachable and even offered to hold my bags before check-in, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I found the pillows uncomfortable, and there were moments of noise from nearby guests that disrupted my sleep. Also, having only Spanish channels on the TV was a bit disappointing. However, the convenient location near transportation options made getting around the city easy, and the nearby restaurants were handy for quick bites.

The double bed was just two single mattresses pushed together, which caused issues over time!!! No hot water on the first day was very inconvenient!!! The bathroom had a moldy skirting that really needs attention!!!

My stay at Serennia Fira Gran Via Exclusive Rooms was delightful! The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and a variety of charming restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly a kind woman named Katharina. I appreciated the comfortable, clean room with thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and coffee.
